Shipping policy

All the below rates are in $AUD.

*Free standard shipping is applied to orders over $99 and delivered to an Australian address. 

Australian orders under $99, a flat rate of $12 will apply for up to 3kg. 
Orders over 3kg will be charge a fee and this will be calculated at the checkout.   

New Zealand orders up to 2kg a standard charge of $15.00 will apply.  For NZ orders over 2kg and up to 5kg a standard charge of $20.00 will apply. 

Singapore orders up to 2kg a standard charge of $17.00 will apply and orders over 2kg up to 5kg a standard charge of $25.00 will apply.  

Orders are fulfilled within 2 days of the date the order was processed (payment taken).  Please note that some delays might occur due to transport issues. International shipments are hard to predict and there can be unexpected delays. 

If there is a delay or issue with stock, you will be personally notified via email or mobile text.
