Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email hello@bodywellnessco.com.au so we can help you with any issues.
We will refund or replace products that do not meet your expectations as described on our site. This does not include goods that are damaged, altered or broken after delivery or for change of mind or circumstances. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion following our investigations. Products will be accepted for return at our discretion.
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. Please follow the returns process as below. We will do our best to provide you with a replacement item if stock is available or provide you with refund once we have received the faulty item back.
Please email us hello@bodywellnessco.com.au to advise of your intent to return your item, include your contact details, order number, reason for the return and a photo of the faulty or damaged product.
